We have our own personal accountant on-board with more than 10 years as a treasurer. We offer, direct communication with board members/owners, fiscal management, advice and consultation and record keeping.

Maintenance
Cleaning and maintenance of all
common areas including indoor/outdoor space. Snow removal in accordance with NYC requirements.

Waste removal
Making sure trash/recyclables are available for regularly sanitation department removal, while keeping building in compliance with DSNY rules and regulations.

General repairs
We have great long term business relationships within our network of repair services providers, from vendors handyman, plumbers, electricians, to contractors.
